Do I actually own it?

Yes. The engine is built for your firm and lives on your stack: your CRM or ATS as the system of record, sending domains registered in your name, and a research cache in your workspace. If we stop working together, all of it stays with you. What you lose is our team running it, not the system.

How is this different from a ColdIQ, Clay or Apollo seat?

Those are the parts. We use several of them inside your engine. The difference is that a seat gives every recruiter in your niche the same lists and the same templates, and it is gone when you cancel. Your engine encodes your ICP, your signals and your suppression rules, and it gets sharper every week it runs.

Does it work with my CRM and sending tools?

Yes, that is the point. The Engine is custom-built to connect to whatever you run: Bullhorn, Loxo, SourceWhale, HubSpot or Salesforce on the CRM/ATS side, and Instantly, Lemlist, HeyReach, Smartlead or SendGrid for sending. Your system of record stays the source of truth.

Do I need to be technical?

No. Booked and Sourced are fully run by our team. You show up to the meetings and work the shortlists. If you take the keys to the Engine, it is built to be run by any recruiter from a daily task queue, no training required.

What do you actually promise?

Booked is scoped to 4 to 8 qualified meetings a month with decision-makers who match a profile you approved and have a current or upcoming need. That is the offer, not a past result, and a meeting that no-shows or was misqualified is replaced. We never guarantee placements or fees, because those close in your process, not ours.

How fast until the first meetings?

Sending domains warm for about two weeks, so campaigns are typically live within two weeks of kickoff. First meetings follow as replies come in. Plan on 30 to 45 days before the calendar effect is obvious and 90 days to judge the engine.

Will you contact my existing clients?

Never. Your current clients, active candidates and do-not-touch accounts are suppressed automatically and re-checked weekly, so outreach only ever goes to net-new companies. You review the list before anyone is contacted.
